	Meet the X-Philes Previous Tours Future Plans 'Philes Photos Awards Other Stuff Chat

Welcome to our website. The site has been put together mainly so we can all pool the photos and keep up to date of where everyone is - but it's also so others can get in touch with us and have a look at what goes on in the (few) tours we take part in.

The original idea with the team was solely to get together once a year for a reunion at the AFNORTH festval in Holland over the May Bank Holiday. A few of our members started playing there - with the Knights team (see their webiste at www.knights-hc.com) - over 10 years ago, and when their time came to leave AFNORTH, the X-Philes was formed so we could keep taking part in such a great tour.

Since then, the team has grown and picked up new members, with increasingly better results. Also, in 2003, our festival calendar doubled, with the addition of the Milton Keynes festival - this heralded the recruitment of fit, young ladies to play with... the X-Phillies were born! 2005 was then our first year blessing the little isle of Cyprus! A great tour seeing us picking up our 5th Award in 6 consecutive tours!

Finally, recent tours just wouldn't be the same without the magic that is our anthem. HUGE thanks must go the the Eels for such a great tour song - and giving us permission to include it on our website!
